| Meet Baby Chloe' Hi, Everyone! I'm a new member. I just got my Yorkie baby a couple of weeks ago, and I just found this message board. There is some great information on here! Chloe is my third Yorkie, but it's been many years since I had my last baby. My first baby lived to be 11 years old before he was hit by a car. My ex hubby let him outside without checking the gate. It wasn't the reason for the divorce, but it didn't help. My second puppy I got from a pet store, many years ago before I knew what I know now about pet store puppys. She died from an enlarged spleen with mysterious symptoms before her first birthday after two surgeries and tons of vet bills. Chloe is almost 12 weeks old and doing beautifully! I got her from a Christian breeder about 20 mins from my house. He had both beautiful parents on the premises and all pups and parents were in great condition. I'm attaching a picture. I'm going to post it in the pics section, too. I have one question at this time. Do anyone else have a puppy that passes a lot of gas? We call her the phantom f****r. It's a little funny (I'm the only girl in the house besides Chloe) and the boys (my hubby and son) find it hilarious. I saw some gas tabs in Petsmart, but there were for adults and I'm not crazy about giving puppys anything extra when they are so little. She is eating Wellness canned food. Any tips are appreciated, especially natural rememdies and hints. Thanks, Heather |

| Welcome to YT! Chloe is beautiful....I don't much about the gas problem, it could be what you are feeding, might want to check with the vet....

| I have a bag of Wellness dry puppy food that I'm going to try. I got her when she was 9 weeks old and she didn't do so well with it then. She's grown a lot since then. She hasn't gained but a couple of ounces, but she is getting taller and longer. Thanks for the sweet compliments. There are some gorgeous babies on here...all the more so for all the love they get! |
