| Drywall???? Calling all consultants!! You are never gonna believe this but my boys have taken a like to drywall. They are 7 and 4 months old and we have found that they are chewing our walls!! Milo actually pooped a little drywall piece....that had us really alarmed and after research we have found several out of the way wall spots where they have gnawed down to the studs.....oh these little guys! Any suggestions on how to stop this...is something missing in their diet? We have sprayed the areas with bitter apple and moved stuff in front of them so they can not get easy access, and they just started a new spot! HELP!~ |

| I caught Prince chewing the paint off my son's wall the other day (I just painted that damn thing too lol) He seems fine but I am not tempting it. I keep my son's room off limits to him now.

| Omg..my TinyBaci Chews the wood doors so I know how you feel. I yell at him and put him in his pack and play bassinet when he does it. When he is good, I hold his NYLABONE for him and he knaws away for like an hour...I realized that he was just teething and if i kept correcting him then maybe he'd stop. My husband is a Sneaker/Jordan collector and his ceiling high stack of boxes are piled up in our room that is connected with TinyBaci's room and he has ruined a few boxes of my hubbie's prized sneakers..we have to move the boxes to another location. Anyway, since I've been holding his bone for him daily, he hasn't ruined anything else and he chews happily until he gets a few good chunks of it to swallow then he goes to sleep... Good luck with your Drywall.

| Biddy & Tucker eat drywall all the time. I find it in their poop too! I'm trying to keep them away as much as possible, but they seem to love it! I have no idea what to do!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Wow - they're really remodeling aren't they ? Mine did some house eating also but stopped before it got bad. There are products like that Bitter Apples...and also I've read some people using deoderant on the areas they're chewing - also - hairspray is susposed to deter this ...Don't know if any of this actually works but you can try different things... Good luck...it's kind of scary cause it's not digestable and will have to pass thru their whole system I imagine.. |

| Maggie did that the other day in the kitchen. I was cooking dinner and looked down and there she was eating dinner early on the sheetrock. I had heard about the deordant. So early in the week I was at Walmart. I purchased the Equate brand of spray deordant, because it was so cheap. Anyway, I sprayed it where she wan dining. It worked. Now all I have to do is go back to Wally and buy a case. I have a lot of drywall and doors to spray. Cheapest room spray I have ever used. |

| Oh almost forgot. I had used the Tobasco sauce on the baby gate. Quit using that because it stains everything so bad. Unless you have things painted orange colored, I would skip that. The bitter apple thing was a joke too. I'm hooked to the deordant. |
