I was lucky to find Debbie. My family had a big yorkie whose ears didn't stand up years ago and this time I wanted a little one. She was described as a teacup. Since then I have learned that there is no such thing and whenever I'm asked if that's what she is, I merely say there is no such thing and she's just a little yorkie. If they say they're looking for one, I warn them that sometimes they have problems but Debbie has been very healthy, (knock wood) at three pounds full grown but even at 10 weeks, never had any eating problems or any other issues.

I don't consider her fragile or delicate. She's perfect for me but then again, she's the only animal here and I only have one child who was 13 when I got her. She was able to get on and off the couch herself while I know people with bigger yorkies who never could, maybe cause they were just scared.
All we can do is hope that anyone buying any pet learns all they can ahead of time so they can make the committment to take care of that pet for life.

I can only take from your 1st sentence that you find my question annoying? Or were you referring to another question in another reply? My post can be taken serious or humorous but not to annoy. A breeder can charge what they want, as a customer I will pay if that's what I want. I have not asked any breeders to come down on price, I merely say it's more than I can spend. There are breeders out here who will sell the tiny one, I just wanted to read breeders opinions. I think some answered quite well and as always I gain more knowledge of yorkies after reading the replies.

Ok, with all that being said, as a breeder, what do you do with your tiny ones? I hear at one point and time, a tiny one will be born even if past litters are bigger.
Do you keep them all or do you refuse to sell them?
If you say to buyers don't purchase them, would'nt you be stuck with a bunch of tinies running around?
What do you do with them if you don't mind me asking?
Shouldn't tinies or runts be the cheaper of the bunch since they are smaller, and may require us to spend more money on them?
