littlebit, the phone number to the breeder I got my last two from is 281-931-5650, ask for Michelle. I have never delt with Michelle, I have always talked with her mother but the mother retired from breeding and the daughter has taken over - she also runs a grooming place. The first time I bought a Yorkie from this lady 7 years ago, I wasnt too impressed by the location (not a great part of town) and wondered what kind of breeder this lady was. I was very surprised about the intructions I was sent home with and was even given some type of medication to give to the puppy twice so the dog would adjust from well water to city water. I have never ever had a health problem with her puppys. In fact, both dogs have the best personality and are quite funny, I tell people they were born on the funny farm. Also, in the long run, once you are lucky enough to be owned by a Yorkie, you wont care what size he turns out to be. I love my "15 lb teapot" because there is more of him to love and I wouldnt care if he were 20 lbs or 5 lbs. |
thank you i will give her a call |

I know Littlebit said that. but i was referring to why Sgab80 asked Kodak that. Kodak never said she was going to breed in her post. |

Glad you're here......there are a lot of reputable/responsible breeders in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. From YTCA.org website, you can go to the Regional Clubs....Dallas/Fort Worth is The Bluebonnet Yorkshire Terrier Club, there is a breeder referral there, or on the same Website you can go to the Breeder Referral page, there are numbers and e-mail addresses of breeders in your area. |
Littlebit ~ Have you considered rescue? |

Welcome Little Bit, I've got a Little Bit in TX too. She weighs about 4 lbs and seems to be very healthy. She is a perfect pet but I had her spayed last week because she is too small to breed. If you think that you may want to breed at some time, you really should try to get one that will be more than 5 lbs. It is just too risky with the smaller ones. |
my mom's po box is in san leon lol she lives in bacliff also off of tennyson |
