| Boy or Girl I am confused right now. I am choosing either between a boy or a girl. I know there are some pros and cons about both. But which should I get. I can't have two. I already have the names for them if I picked one or the other. Girl- Aailyah Giovanna Boy- Jeremiah Which sex would you recommend?

| i like both but i must say i love my boys but on the other hand a girl gets to wear such cute clothes my yorkie i have now is a male and he loves my husband but the one i had that passed on loved me way more than he loved my husband but the next one i get i believe will be a female pros to a male no bleeding but once females weigh enough to be spayed then they wan't either females sometimes tend to be more bitchy or so i have heard don't hold me to that statement as i have only heard and not owned a female. |

| You can't go wrong either way, they are both great. I like to buy fun little frilly stuff for girls though.

| i've heard that, the girls will love you, but the boys will be in love with you. and i find it true with Oreo & Ginger and how they act towards me.. i do love having a girl to dress up and stuff like that, but i do love my boy, he's my hero at times i have to admit.. |

| I have one of each and they are both lots of fun. My boy is much more loving and acts like he is in love with me. He is such a sweetheartand really mellow. He does like to play and have fun but I can stop him in the middle of play and pick him up and he will melt in my arms like a little baby. He was a bit harder to potty train and to train in general, he did catch on but not as fast as my girl, it could be just an individual thing though, no two are a like right My girl is a lot of fun, she's a non stop party!! She is also really sweet and always happy. She is much more active, she is a party girl. She is really smart, she was potty trained and learning tricks really fast. I think you cant go wrong either way. Have you found a breeder yet? Maybe you can go to your breeders house and visit with all the pups, and choose after you've spent time with them. Good luck! I am curious to see what you choose |

| I think girls are smarter which makes them catch on fast when training them. I also think girls notice the owner's body language more. I am sure some have found the opposite. I am soooo happy I went with a girl, she is very smart which makes everything easier. What about the personality of the pup's Mom and Dad?

| I would say boy but if you're not sure you could visit and see which puppy captures your heart. I keep reading that boys mark their territory but have had dogs my entire life and have never had a male with this problem. I mean in the house not when they smell other dogs on walks. Gus is over eight months, hasn't been neutered and hasn't done it once. I wonder if I have just been lucky?
