| Great Pet Stairs at Boscov's!! I just bought the greatest pet stairs at Boscov's, they are foldable and can store flat. They are made out of the same hard plastic as milk crates. They snap together in 3 easy steps, hold up to 70 lbs and come with a nice fleece/lamb's wool cover. They are very sturdy and secure. The pet stairs normally sell for $29.99 but are on sale for $9.99 plus I had a 15% off coupon so they cost me $8.13 including tax!!!! They are perfect for little dogs. Jazzy doesn't need them because she is much taller, but Mickey just loves them. I feel better also, because I always worry about Mickey's little bones since she is ALWAYS jumping on and off everything like a little monkey!!! |

| I really don't know how to describe what I have. It isn't stairs. I had a TV stand made - it is a beautiful dark wood - and it's not tall at all - 9" or 10" off the floor. (I had a drawer put in it for CDs - Video's, DVDs, etc. ) I bought a new TV and no longer needed this stand - so, I placed it at the foot of my bed. It looks like a nice piece of furniture. (Sort of like a low hope chest or something at the foot of the bed.) And - my dog hops up on this and from here, he climbs onto the bed. (He did this when he was only 10 weeks old or so.) And - he easily hops down to this and then onto the floor. He is off and on my bed a hundred times a day -- his favorite place!!!!! ******* I have a bed that is probably higher than the average bed. It's just that my dog climbs like a cat. Also - my bed isn't that much higher than the top of this piece of furniture. So - some of you may have a piece of furniture somewhat like this around your house......... Carol Jean |

| Good idea Quote:
I didn't think of looking around my house for like small step stools, or like you said a low table, and then just make a cover for it so the furkids don't slip off. This is going to be my project for 2007! Any idea's for a ramp? ...LOL . . .
