| I feel so bad.... Bentley loves chasing after me so sometimes I ran around the house and up the stairs while he chases me. Well like about 10 mins ago I ran up the stairs and I kinda run crawl up them so I go at the same pace as him and I must have kicked him accidently and he rolled down like 3 steps onto the bottom step and bumped into this like kettle thing we have sitting at the bottom of the step. He didnt yelp or whine but he ran really fast over to his bed. I felt so terrible I was like bawling my eyes out and hugging him and kissing him telling him how sorry I was. I think he is a little scared goin down the steps again but he did eventually go down them again. I know it was just an accident but I feel so bad!!! |

| Poor little guy! I'm sure he was just scared - if he was hurt he would have cried. It's still pretty scary - I know. My 8 year old niece dropped Tucker the other day & I almost had a heart attack! My poor niece felt so bad - she almost cried. I felt so bad for both of them! Don't worry, just give Bentley lots of attention & he'll forgive you!

| Don't worry, onlyambs, it happens to everyone! In fact, I just knocked Yoda's head with the remote a few minutes ago! Bentley should be fine, I'm sure he was just a bit scared and spooked by it. They are so little, yet they want to follow our heels all the time. Just give the little guy a lot of hugs and puppy kisses! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Aren't they too much ? we accidently hurt them...and THEY kiss US !! mine give tons of kisses when we've had little crashes....makes you feel even worse to be so loved when you just made them cry or get scared... Mine are always running into the back of my legs ...but if I stop, they smack right into me and scream ! lol...it's good for about 20 kisses? |

| I know what you mean. They are so easily hurt because they are always right by you. I must tell you a story about my sister's Maltese, though. She was only 3#, and her granddaughter was holding her and dropped her and she was paralized in the back legs from then on. It was so sad! She pulled herself around real good with the front legs, but we all felt so bad as it was our deceased Mother's dog. So, we really do have to be ever vigilant! I won't let my grandkids hold Snoodles unless they sit on the floor with her. It was a very bad lesson. Pat |
