| Crystal got spayed today. What a pleasant experience it has been so far. We took her in at 9:00. Got a call at about 10:30 that she was awake and all had gone well, in fact she was doing so well that if we wanted to we could pick her up before they went to lunch at 12:00. We did. Our vet is one that feels that a healthy animal can rest better, and therefore heal more quickly, at home. He gave us some pain meds for today and tomorrow for her also. All of this for less than $100. Are we fortunate or what? A little while ago she started eating and drinking again (and peeing) and has been resting well all day. I had hoped to attach a pic that we took yesterday for our Christmas cards, but am having trouble getting it to attach. |

| I'm so glad all went so very well and that you get to have your baby home with you. I wish I could bring my Gracie to your vet for her spay! Heal fast baby girl!
