| ![]() We've just started Missing Link over the past month. She gets 1 tsp total per day divided into 2 meals, and weighs 5.5 pounds. I haven't really seen any results yet..but I have noticed that Emma's itchy a lot lately. Mostly in the mornings-I can hear her scratching with her foot moving really fast! I'm not sure if this is due to the ML or just the start of winter-My skin is dry too! Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or had any advice? |

| ![]() Now that you mentioned it... Mitzi gets ML since a few weeks and she is scratching more too... maybe it is the ML... it helps her for her arthritis though... ![]() |

| ![]() Roxy has also been itching a lot for the past three weeks or so. Her's is also mainly in the mornings. I would have to guess Roxy's to be the weather bc that is the only thing that had changed in her environment up to that point. I also have started her on ML, but that was just in the last week.

| ![]() I also noticed the itching with the boyz when I used ML a while back so I quit using it. I recently got a bag again with the joint supplement in it and they started itching again...I haven't given it to them for a little over a week now and the itching has once again stopped. |

| ![]() So...I'm assuming since others have had the problems too, it's the ML! Maybe I'll try giving her less of it to see if that helps. Will it still make a difference in her coat if she has SOME ML? |

| ![]() If there is something in Missing Link that your dog is allergic to, they will itch. You can try cutting back the amount but it may not work, your dog may still itch. I tried Missing Link many years ago, didn't agree with my Yorkies I had at that time at all and never tried it since. For arthritis problems, you might check out Glucosamine supplements. You can ask your Vet about dosages for small dogs. Some senior dog foods have it as an added ingredient. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() My pom had stomach problems from ML and CAli seemed to itch a little more on it so I have stopped for now but I am going to try again and see if she starts scratching more.
