| Is Diarreah normal? Hey guys- Hugo is new and has been with us for 3 weeks now. When we got him from the breeder, he was diagnosed with a parasite, but was given antibiotics. He is clear of the parasite but still has soft stools. Not as bad as before, but still soft. Is that normal? He's 5 1/2 months old? HELP! |

| Is he still on the abx? Sometimes abxs can cause diarrhea because they kill the normal bowel bacteria. I would cal the vet in the am and discuss it with them |

| My vet told us to give a teaspoon of plain yogurt a day to help replace the good bacteria in the system. The antibiotics kill ALL the bacteria and the yogurt can help to balance things out faster. You could ask your vet if that would be okay for your pup.
