| Steph. I replied to you on your other post but just in case you didn't see. It's hard to tell what that pup will look like as an adult. My Noel, was sold as a full Yorkie w/ papers and turned out to be a Yorkie Poo. As a pup she looked just like a full Yorkie but now at two years old you can see the Poodle in her and she's 16 pounds. She was bought as full Yorkie, then given back when she turned out to be a Yorkie Poo. After she was given back, the breeder beat her and we now have her. We've had her since a little under a year and it's been a long haul for her. She's still timid and she'll always be due to what she's gone through. She's the best dog you could want, but she does not look all Yorkie. Please, if you can't love this little one should she turn out to look more Chihaha, then please do not take her. It won't be good for either of you. Elaine |

agree. they change so much that right now you will not be able to tell what the puppy will look like. it can go either way ...if its not a big deal to you than I would say get the puppy but if you are expecting a certain look than do not get the puppy because you will be disappointed. | |

| Sounds like you got a great deal! Even with purebreds it's hard to tell what they will look like as adults, but it's a lot easier than a mix. The Yorkie Chi mixes I have seen have looked like long haired Chis, definitely more Chi than Yorkie, other than the coloring. Another thing is that you will most likely lose the benefit of having a nonshedding dog with a Chi mix, unlike say a Yorkie, Maltese mix. |
