| I'm confused! Buddy was black and tan as a pup. He has turned lighter over this past year, however, his tan is now redder, which I love but his black is blonde only on the ends. The roots are still black. Any idea what color he will end up? Why are the roots still black when his back is turning blonde. I am really confused. He has been cut way down but the new hair stills comes in blonde and roots remain black! When do they stop changing colors? Carol & Buddy |

| Who knows, he could go either way. My yorkie, Sully, has changed from darker to lighter this past year, too... http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39478 - there are before and after pics! But I noticed that though he didn't have an itchy-allergic reaction to the flea meds (frontline plus)......my groomer said that's why he has a big patch of thick, black hair growing in where I put all the summer flea meds on him! Isn't that crazy?!!
