Lovin' 2 Girls Donating Member | I am concerned about Abbie's tail.... ....she never holds it up! The droopy tail carriage gives her a (pardon the pun) 'hang-dog' appearance! She seems to be a very happy, playful, well-socialized little dog. Why doesn't her tail carriage show any pride?

| Good question! Kiki's tail in the last couple weeks has started drooping down also. I wondered about it, but thought it will eventually go back up. If someone could answer this question, it would give me an answer too!

| Neither of my yorkies' tails stand up. Never have. I don't think it's a problem unless you are going to show. |

| Venus's tail is up usually, till I start to groom her. When I start grooming, its stuck between her legs so hard I can't find it! |

| I'm glad to know there is nothing wrong with him. I just was not used to seeing his tail like that all the time.

| My two very RARELY hold their tails up! Only when they're extremely excited.

| It depends on the tail set, if it's high it's easier for them to hold it up. If it sets lower on a curve down from the crop than they will probably only carry it up when they're excited.

| Maddie's tail is up much of the time when she's playing and happy, but...I don't think she's ever posed for a picture with her tail up. It's always down in pictures...unless I take one when she doesn't know it. LOL
