| Insurance with Exclusions Hello All I received a letter from my pet insurance saying we are covered with 241 enteritis 1005 internal parasites excluded. Is anyone familiar with this and the meaning? I wanted to get feedback before I call and sound like an idiot!! Thanks

Donating YT 30K Club Member | They are not going to cover any vet bills for enteritis which is any bills for intestinal problems such as gastroenteritis (vomiting, diahrrea) or any bills for worms or intestinal parasites like coccydia. You must have had your baby treated for these type of problems prior to gettting the insurance. Hope this helps

| Thanks I just called and the lady told me that there are drugs listed on the health record that denotes worms and diarrhea. That sticks because they failed to read that the Vet stated that it was all preventative!! So now I have to write a letter to substantiate the dispute!!
