| Ah, Bettyeanne, you are toooooo modest: Your talent, my dear, is PEANUT BUTTER PIE!!!!! (She's FAMOUS in the Casita Travel Trailer world for her Peanut Butter Pies at rallies. Poor girl was stuck inside her trailer all last January makin' 'em. There are already 30 trailers signed up for the last week in February in Florida for the rally, just to get a piece of her 2005 PPP!!! ) |

| Thank you, Mary Ellen! You are waaay too kind! I am a receipe collector ... have boxes and boxes of them .... I'm not, however, an organizer!! I keep saying "as soon as I have time!" I have tried several new receipes, and had some I wanted to try but couldn't find all the ingredients! Anyone out there know how to make "Tahini Paste"? I do!! We love hummus and I wanted to make it from scratch ... so I did ... it was very good! I have a cookbook for Toto and have tried a few things from it ... humans can eat it too! No wonder Toto has become a tad "portly"! I have switched her to "fat free" cheeses and of course, her veggies have no fat ... and I found that she will eat cottage cheese as long as I will give it to her!! [she definitely thinks a couple of teaspoons isn't enough]

| I LOVE HUMMUS!!!! I have made it, but not the tahini that goes in it.....WOW, I'm more impressed than ever. You and I can eat lots of hummus together at the rally! Don hates it. Does Patrick like it? I could be a very happy vegetarian, but Don is a huge carnivore, darn it. When I say "tofu", he RUNS! Isn't it funny how these threads digress???? Hey, would you post some of your canine/human recipes here under diet and nutrition? Oh hey, just remembered something that might be helpful to members who cook for their dogs: When Higgins was a baby and eating Pinnacle canned food from a big (cheaper) can, the vet suggested when she sold it to us, that we portion it out by rounded tablespoonsful on pieces of Saran/plastic wrap, twist them closed like big Hershey's kisses and FREEZE 'em. They defrost in minutes or in the microwave in seconds and are ready to eat. This is a great idea for packaging up homecooked furbaby meals! |

| I found an ebay seller that custom makes her clothes to fit your yorkie...........All the clothes listed are $7 'buy it now', I think shipping might be $1-2 flat rate no matter how many you buy. Anyways, her clothes seem cute and not to expensive, considering they are custom. You just email her the measurements of your pets. I havn't recieved them yet (I bought 2 for Mei Mei and 2 for my Shih Tzu). If anyone is interested just let me know and I can post the info........I just don't have it on hand right now. Would need to go look under 'My ebay' page.
