I believe(I could be wrong) that Mia had some health problems so she doesn't tell where she got her from. I think the breeder purposely bred tinies and that's how Mia came about but when looking for Emmy she just got the smaller pup in a normal size litter.

Brittany does not recommend Mias breeder. But to my knowledge her only health problem is that she is tiny, nothing else.
Tinies aren't for every lifestyle/person and Brittany has always said that in informative posts.
