| NEW Greenies? I just got an email from PetEdge about their "New" Greenies. Supposedly a soy and wheat formula that's easily digested. Anyone hear of these? We cut Greenies out of Tatum's diet a long time ago after hearing horror stories. Is this the Greenies people's way of admitting that the other ones were bad for the dogs? http://www.petedge.com/shopping/prod...ctID=5878&AS=1

| You know I asked my vet about the normal greenies and they told me that the only reason that they hurt those dogs was because they were not feeding the right amount...Or they were giving the little ones to big of greenies and the big dogs the little greenies and they were choking on them...I have been giving them to Tiny since he was little and nothing bad has happened....He loves them...He only gets 1 every 2 weeks....I haven't had any problem with them? |

| I've heard about them but I don't know if the risk is worth it. I haven't tried them yet and I doubt I will.

| Ummmmm....I don't know if I would try them or not. I think there must have been a problem OR something for company to come out a new, safer one.

| I just don't trust them even with the new product, so I'll have to pass. There's just too many other products out there that are definitely safe!

My furkids Donating Member | I buy the nylabones...they are very hard and can't break anything off...I have read posts on Kongs...I don't know much about these but I know some members use these...I THINK they are for chewing....someone here will let you know.

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | I have nylabones and they chew off the knuckles! I have kongs but they only show any interest in them if I have the paste in them and thats all they want...which I can't blame them cuz the rubber stinks strong. I have hooves, but those smell sooooooooooo bad!!! I have rawhide too, but I'm thinking its not all that safe...... |
