Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Does your yorkie bark in the carrier? Bengi is going to be 7 months in a week. I used to take him everywhere in his carrier and people would never notice him because he was soo quiet. Like a month a 1/2 ago he started to bark at people when he sees they are getting close to us, I freak out!!!!! People are pretty pet friendly around here, but I'm always afraid I'm gonna get kicked out!!!! Nobody notices him till he suddenly barks and everybody starts to turn around to see where's the dog! It's not that he wants to get out of the carrier, maybe he wants people to notice him I mean, he doesn't bark constantly, but you know, 1 bark is enouth for somedoby to notice and get kicked out! Does you yorkie bark in the carrier? Do you guys think that as he gets older he will quiet down? I'm sad because now I don't take him places like I used to, I really want to... but I'm scared... |

| My dog doesn't like to be in the carrier... He doesn't bark but starts squealing and whining, and then I feel like I'm torturing the poor thing with the carrier. I stopped taking him places but I'd love to, I'll keep trying in a while, I hope he'll get less hyper as he grows bigger.

| Misha does this also. She is just a barker at people to close. I now use her carrier as a diaper bag when we visit. The 2 girls stay home when I have to run errands. Unless they are quick ones to where they can stay in the back seat in their car seat & hubby comes along. |

| Know what you should do? Walk around with a wagon full of stuff you have no intention of buying and if you get kicked out be like FINE I'll go do my shopping somewhere else! And leave the wagon in their face. Or just get something they're selling thats really expensive and carry it around with you. |

It's funny because about 2 weeks ago we went to Circuit city and I took Bengi. He barked "a lot" and nodoby said a thing!. Even the manager got close to me to see if I needed help and he goes "Oh! you a little dog there? awww... Can I help you find something?..." Right!!! They sell expensive stuff there! | |

| Mine doesn't yet. He used to make a big fuss about being in the bag but now he is as quiet as I want him to be (I hope I don't jinx it). The only place I got kicked out of was Dollar Store..go figure..but I had one whole cart of stuffs so they just gave me the so called "reminder".I am not leaving my baby outside just because they don't let me because I do not have that problem with all the other stores that sells foodstuffs.

| My Me-Me just started barking when someone comes up to her in her pet stroller, especially children. I have to keep a little baby blanket over it so we can go into stores. She is tiny...but oh so loud. She almost made a lady drop some crystal when she went nuts at her hat. The lady bent down and Me-Me freaked. Now I cover her so she doesn't bark so much. She just started it.
