| help! my yorkies chewing a hole in the wall This is the second time in 6months that my yorkies chewed a hole in my Kicthen wall. i don't know why they do this.I try to give them toys but they fight over them. I can let them play with toys when I am around , But I notice if I am not in the room they will fight over socks and toys. So I take them away if Iam not around are I am will leaving for awhile. My husband gets mad that they have done this . What can I do to stop them from doing this. Also I have ever seen which one has done this, so I cannot correct them. I put their face close to the hole and tell them NO. Is there a spray THat I can buy the tastes bad that will not hurt the them . I am not into making them feel any discomfort AT ALL.

| Clear deodorant works just like the bitter apple because it tastes bad to them. The advantage to it is that it works for longer.

| My yorkies chew holes in the walls too. I don't know what it is that they like about doing it so much. I have had to repair them a few times. I tried the bitter apple and it didn't faze them. Seemed like they just liked it more then. I will have to try the deoderant next. |

| Bitter apple works great for us. I finally read the directions and shook it and it worked better. lol I took care of two of my friends little females last spring. My new(at the time) Me-Me was litter mates with them and they were three terrors in our house. I even caught them chewing on the window pane wood. I was so glad when hers went home. Me-Me has been so much better now. Our other three are out of the puppy stage. I got her the blue nylo bones to chew on and she loves them.

| Our Luca pulled the kitchen wallpaper off when she was a pup. She did it because the others wouldn't give her what she wanted. lol She actually pulled out some of her teeth pulling the dog bed when it was full to try and get their attention. She is 7 now and slowed down so much...at least in this way.

| One lick of the clear deoderant, and Venus doesn't mess with that spot again. She's not getting large amounts when she licks. Must taste pretty bad. |

| my Bunny did this too.. Bitter apple didnt work for me at all! it was like putting flava on it lol. I also tried another spray (cant remember what it was called) but it didnt work either.. she only did it twice, THANK GOD!! After she did it the 2nd time, I just gave her toys when I had to leave (toy as in the squeaky stuff animal), to keep her from being bored and it didnt happen again. (THANK GOD) I also have two girls and they "fight" over toys.. I just let them "fight" it out. There not really fighting, just playing hard to get the toy away from each other. I can buy two of the same thing and they both will only want to play with one of them, even thou both of the toys are the same color and EVERYTHING |
