| Could I ask a favor of the Show Champion Breeder/Owners on YT? Would some of you mind posting pictures of your dogs that have points or have even completed their Championships? I see so many posts about long noses or big ears and it would really be nice to see pics of those dogs that the judges have said, "Yes, that's what we are looking for". I know absolutely nothing about the world of showing/breeding so if this request is a serious faux pas someone please tell me before I make a bigger fool of myself. |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | If I'm not mistaken, most show breeders would prefer you to go to their websites. Here are just a couple that I can think of... members.aol.com/GoldenrayYorkies members.aol.com/BlumoonYorkies members.aol.com/ExmoorYorkies sumtoiyorkies.com This member has a gorgeous finished champion: yorkiepassion.com

| I will do that but just to satisfy my curiousity, why do you think that is? If I had a champion or even a contender, I'd be pleased to show her off. Also, will I be able to tell which YTer they are when I get to their website? Thanks for your reply. Like I said, I'm probably jumping in where angels fear to tread! |

| Ps You know the old saying about a dog & his master beginning to look alike- Whoever that is showing the champion yorkie on yorkiepassion.com is just as beautiful as the dog and the hair coloring on both looks so good together. I hope that didn't sound offensive. I meant it as a compliment. They are both gorgeous. Now how do I know which YTer that is or is the one showing a professional handler rather than owner? I've never been to a dog show so I have no idea who is who! Also, when you get a pet pup from one of the breeders like that, what price range are we talking about? Are they like $1500, $2500 or more??? Please don't just say yes! Oh, Kimberly, thanks for posting- you must have been posting at the same time I was asking my question. Your pups are absolutely breathtaking. If you weren't so far away & I wasn't so in love with my Little Bit, I'd be looking you up. Last edited by doortego; 10-31-2006 at 03:13 PM. |

Good reason, perfectly understandable. Thanks for letting me know. I'd sure be disappointed if I was expecting one of those pups and didn't get it. | |

| Oh Debbie, yours are gorgeous as well. I'm going to have to try to find out when there is a show in Houston if ya'll go that far. They are absolutely beautiful. I guess ya'll can tell I started at the bottom of the list & am working my way up. . |

| LOL no offense taken and thank you for the sweet compliments...Debbie Ray (DRAY on YT) handled Buster here in Oregon. I handled Buster once at the RoseCity cluster because Debbie was specialing her boy "Tailor" at the same time. I handled Buster at the IABCA for his International title, Summer once this year and Shocker at a AKC puppy match. Debbie handles for some friends, as well handles her own dogs and on occasion will hire a handler, she has wonderful yorkies. Quote:

| OK, That's all I can take for today. They are just too gorgeous for words. I'm out of adjectives & emotionally spent. And I'm desolate because I have been to Dayton, OH several times & missed the opportunity to see those beauties. I know if I had gotten my husband there, he would have bought me one just to stop the crying & wailing I would be doing as he tried to drag me back to our vehicle. Congratulations all of you. |
