| Is your yorkie 7-8lbs?? If so can you post a pic OR tell me about how big that is? I am going to see a possible new baby tomorrow and she is that size. I cant picture what size she will be as Darla is 5lbs and Reece is 2.8 pounds... Dawn |

| Since there's no point of reference, it's difficult to tell from my Avatar, but my precious Chester was 7 pounds. He was very short-legged and compact. I miss every ounce of him. My Chloe is 8 pounds, and rather long. She seems so much bigger to me. I could reach down with one hand under Chester's chest and pick him up. I could never do that with Chloe. I think the way they're built has a lot to do with it. Best of luck to you and just remember, the more they weigh, the more there is to love! |

| Snickers (on the right) is 8lbs. Baxter (on the left) is 12 lbs. You can really see the difference.

| Here is Dallas he WAS in his prime right at 7lbs and now he is almost 9 yrs old and is about 9lbs (elderly weight) LOL!!! he is just as pretty if not nicer looking than my 3lb and 4lb yorkies, I would rather have a "bigger" yorkie they seem sturdier and are healthier.

| Here's a few pictures of Gracie at about 8 lbs. In the third picture she is the first one then Spike (4 lbs) and Sugar (3 lbs). She looks big compared to them but you can tell in the picture where I'm holding her that she really isn't. Good luck on your new pup!
