Kim, I am heartbroken that you are leaving! I'm not going to ask the details, but I want you to know that you will be missed! I'm sorry to hear that whatever the situation was was not able to be worked out. That is really too bad.

Im so sorry you feel that you can't participate on the forums.

I wish you reconsider. We all will miss you so much, as well as Princess Chai and Cap Hefner, etc. I consider you an awesome YT member that contributed in a positive way. If you feel you need to be away take a couple of days and then come back to us. YT will not be the same without the Adventures of Capt Herfner and all your stories and advise. Gucci and I sends your way puppy kisses and Hugs.

Kim, I don't blame you for wanting to leave because I wanted to leave, too. In my opinion, I don't think that it's your fault and I don't think you should be leaving because you have not done anything wrong. People choose to take in the information that you share. They read it on their own will and reply to it on their own will as well. We all learn from eachother here and if there was any bend in facts, I am sure we can all correct eachother. There may be some people that disagree with you, but there will always be someone that disagrees. The conflict that is following you is indeed only that.. it's following you. You are not chasing it and you are not stirring it up yourself, but simply just replying to threads that you have opinions on. That's the whole point of a forum and if someone is causing conflict with you or creating these unforunate events because you have a different opinion than they do, than they need to take the time to grow up a little and realize that perhaps they should just ignore what you have to say and move on. It seems like conflict here has died down a little, or so it seems. I am not as active as I was before or as much as I want to be because I am taking precautions for myself. YT is still a great place, but it doesn't feel as homely as it was before. By homely, I mean I feel a restriction on the way I can express my opinions versus when I first came here in February where everyone had a different opinion and had fun with it instead of getting disrespected. I guess that just comes with the growth of a forum. YT has grown a lot and it's still a very diverse, fun place but if older members keep leaving (such as you), it won't nearly be the same because I feel as I have grown to know a lot about everyone!! I am still learning, though. This darn forum is growing so fast!

After a lot of thought for me, I decided to stay because I have a lot to learn about Yorkies and Fred still has a lot of growing up to do. I definately enjoy YT as it takes up a lot of my free time. I hope you'll stay, too. Like everyone above me said, you share a lot of information with us and you are a very knowledgeable person!

Thank you so much! That is how feel like it is not the same. When I came here I was so impressed for the "respect" and the way people posted even when they disagreed. I just think some of that has been lost and I hope it can be regained and if removing me from the picture for a while will help then I think I need to try that. Please PM me often!

I really wish you would reconsider. You are one of the people who has kept me coming back to YT. Your posts have always maintained a neutral, respectful tone towards others. Even when some members have stooped to pettiness and pointed rude references, you have always done your best to "turn the other cheek". I just don't think YT can afford to lose your kindness, support, knowledge and behavior as a "role model" needed by some posters who can only express a different opinion by calling names and being rude and mean-spirited. We need you here...

I am a member of a few other boards and this one really is great! I have felt so comfortable coming here and asking questions about things i have been worried or stressed about. Or just made me laugh with your cute pictures. You guys are awesome!

i defenatly agree. i've never seen another place for yorkies but even without i still know that this is the best place. we are like one big family here seriously. even if its totally un-yorkierelated we can still post on here if we have a question or thought of something else. and we can do it without fear of being picked on or yelled at. we really are one big family here and i think i've been so much happier in day to day life since i found this place!

I don't know anything about the situation that convinced you to leave temporarliy, but I think you should stay. To you, it will better the forum for you to eave. But I disagree. I do not believe that it wil better this forum if you leave. All of us need your great advice. You are kind and considerate of people's feelings, and never rude. But I do agree with you. I have read a few posts where the author of the post should have contained their anger and approached the opposition in a kind manner. There are so many rude people out there and they can't control themselves. If you do decide to leave YT, then please at least read the posts and chat and PM. You give great advice, so I might just end up PMing you instead of posting my wuestion first. You are a great YTer, and this forum won't be the same without you. Whoever's rudeness convinced you to leave should be ashamed of themselves. Please come back soon Kim.
