| worms???? so bella has been draggign her butt....i thought it might be her anal glands..and than i thought worms...i had her anal glands done when i got her groomed (or at least they said they did them) and i took a sample stool to the vet. thevet said teh stool came up negative...but she is still dragging her butt??? and now she is biting at it. they said to lookfor tape worm ...but i dont see any??? should i take another sample???

| Oh Goodness, I would take another sample just to be safe. Does she have anything stuck on her bottom? Hallie will drag and scoot if she has some stuck. Good Luck, I hope she feels better soon. |

| hi, Did the groomer cut the hair on her bottom around your anus? Mine does a little so the stool won't stick. I noticed after she does it my little ones will drag their bottom around on the carpet also. I think it irratates them when they get the hair cut around it. Maybe that is why she is dragging her bottom on the floor? I would have her stool checked again just to make sure . Brenda & Max & Bobo & Libby says hi! |

| yea they did...het butt hadnt been cut since i have had her (about 4 months) and they just now cut it....maybe thats it....i am going to take another stool just to be safe...i am just scared that she has some kind of worms and that it could harm her if i dont figure out what it is soon....

| I got an idea. You guys need to shave your butts and see if that makes you want to rub your butts on the carpet I just couldn't help myself sorry for the bad humor. My first guess would have been anal glands. If it's bc of the hair cut it should stop in about a week I would guess.

| As someone else replies my little dixie will rub her butt on the carpet if she has something stuck in her hair also, but def have vet reck for worms...let us know what ya find out hun
