| How to get glossy hair? Hi All, Peanut's hair is not very glossy. It's sort of dull : ( Is there any product anyone can recommend for him to get shinier and glossier hair? How about a shampoo or conditioner? Thanks! Peggy |

| Cowboy magic Concentrated Detangler and Shine adds a lot of shine and also cuts the time of brushing tangles and matts by at least 75% (for real) on cotton coated Yorkies. www.cowboymagic.com - use their store locator to see if you can get it local. Toby's sells the tube - check out the Life for Teeth while you're there. http://www.tobysnaturalpets.com/cowboymagic.htm I've also heard they are selling it at Petsmart. A little tiny bit goes a long, long way. |

i just went to that site and it's for horses. Isn't it too concentrated for our tiny babies? i found it at the Southern States here on the store locator. | |

| Yes, it is for horses, but many of us use it with excellent results. |

| I use Chris Christensen shampoo and conditioner and cowboy magic detangler. When I want a little more shine to their hair I put in some Plush Puppy seabreeze oil in their hair

| I use petsilk moisturizing shampoo and conditioner... recently I got some fur butter which is a deep conditioner and it works fantastic. If your pup's coat is dull, it's probably dry - I would just try a really good conditioner. Leave it on for a few minutes if you can. I'll sometimes wrap ruthie up in a towel so she doesn't get too cold while she's got the fur butter on and leave it for a few minutes. I have some detangling sprays and shine sprays but I find they sometimes make the coat look greasy.

| Are you using Missing Link yet? This is what added a tremendous shine plus an extra silky coat for Sissy!!!

| How old is Peanut? They do go through stages where their coat seems dull. My boyz both 'went dull' from about 6 to 9 months but they both have shiny, silky coats now. Quote:

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I was told that the best results come from a proper diet, along with the best products. I just started using Missink Link and already see Teddy's hair shinier and healthier, I am changing his food now from Royal Canine to Innova because I think RC makes his skin itch. Also I think petsilk shampoo and cond. are great, along with the sheen after you dry your baby, just a little or motions sheen hairspray, which smells soooo good. |

| I use Missing Link, Cowboy Magic and Seabreeze Oil and have had great results using them. The Missing Link is the one that made the most difference and had the most improvement.

| Thanks for telling me about Cowboy Magic....it is wonderful. I bought Annabelle the shampoo, conditioner and detangler and it has really helped her itching and her coat looks great. I even use the shampoo and conditioner for my hair and it has never felt so clean !!! I bought it at the local feed store..... all three items were about $34.00, but the shampoo and conditioner are 32 oz. bottles !! Last edited by annabelle's mom; 10-30-2006 at 04:19 PM. |

| cowboy detangler I love cowboy detangler. Her coat is soft and it shines, and the tangles come out so much easier. Do any of you add water to it. I didn't but I heard some people do. Please let me know. Thanks the product is great. My little baby is only 41/2 months old weight is 2.5 lbs. Beautiful girl. I will try and get pictures up soon. |

| I just put the Cowboy Magic detangler on Annie's damp fur after her bath and massaged it in as best I could before she took off running around drying herself on the carpet !! Then I brushed thru her fur (when I finally caught her !) I didn't add any water but I guess there's no harm in doing so. |
