				 | I witnessed something horrible this afternoon!! Today is Royce's first birthday so I deided to take him to Bark and Fitz to buy him toys . I got into the store and there was a customer there with a big dog a border collie I think, she wastrying a collars on him and the store owner was hepling here and one second later the owner took her hands of the dog to get another collar and it that second the dog saw a toy near the entrance of the store and run to it and went running outside the owner was calling his name and going after him like crazy but then we heard the doog crying and yelling like crazy he was hit by a car he was yelling for about five minutes and the owner and the store owner were trying to get a car to stop to get the dog to a vet I nearly fainted I ws inside and could't bear the do yelling finally a car stopped they took him to the vet and half an hour later we called at the vet's office and thank god the dog was not in critical condition he has a broken leg or hip I think ...that taught me to be even extra careful with Royce |

				 | Oh how sad. I am so sorry for that poor little dude -- and his owner must be devestated. You are right it serves as a grim reminder to all of us to be ever so careful with our babies. |

				 | Would have scared the daylights out of me, that's for sure. It kills me to hear an animal in pain. Thank goodness the little guy isn't critically hurt. And Happy Birthday to your little boy!
