The best way to shut them and others like them down is for people to stop buying from them. That's very unlikely to ever happen. People will continue to stumble on to the website and assume that all is well and on the up and up. It's the same thing with pet shops, mills & brokers. If there's a market for it the service will continue to flourish.

I don't think there's a way to shut them down - but there IS a way to put the word out - and we just did it but posting here - The more people talk about BAD Websites and Breeders - the better chance an innocent person will stumble on the comments while surfing the net looking for a puppy -
