Soooo Funny I can't remember if I have posted this so forgive me if I have!! Romeo stays in our bathroom during the day while we are not home. His food and water is left in there throughout the day as well. He doesnt seem to touch his food until we come home and then he eats like he is starving! So we can hear him in the bathroom "crunch, chruch, pause. crunch, crunch pause.",,,then it stops and all of the sudden I hear a "ting, ting, ting". My husband and I go in the restroom to see what the sound is and find Romeo standing over his EMPTY food bowl, tapping it with his nails as if to say "FILL IT UP PLEASE!!!" He will "ting ting" and then look at us, "ting ting" then look at us. These little guys are wayyyyy too smart!!!

they are just too smart... my little guy used to pick up his dish and carry it to place it in the center of the room. One day I caught him trying to burry his doggie biscuit in the corner of the room -on the hardwood floors. I walked over and said, "I see where you are burring your bone." He ran behind the couch. I leaned over and said, "I see what you are doing." He took off up the stairs with that bone and that was the last I saw of him for a while. LOL! He would also open his own Christmas presents. It got so bad we had to hide them....

The other day I let the water bowl run dry and K.C. barked which he rarely does, but I couldn't figure out what he was trying to tell me, so then he jumped up on the toilet seat, looked at the faucet and barked - knowing that's where I usually fill up the bedroom water bowl! Anyway, he got his point across.
