She also has maltese for sale so morkie is a possibility but I still think it looks more like a pomeranian mix than anything but who knows. Strictly speculation on my part. I would sure like to see him in person or at least more pics and also the parents.

| I had 2 golden ones in a litter May 30th, 2005 along with 2 standards. They are pure AKC Yorkies. This woman is asking a small fortune, that's for sure. I know where she got her choice of wording...someone else sells them and gets a lot for them using those same key words. I'll attach pictures of mine.... |

| Julz, I'm not sure where I stand on the issue of color anomolies (sp?), but your dogs are always gorgeous, and LOOK like yorkies, except for the color. It bothers me to see these obvious mixes getting sold as "exotic" or rare colored yorkies.

| He looks more like a pom/yorkie mix to me. He's really pretty, but I don't see how they can ask $5,000 for him. |

| I met a lady from one of the local Yorkie sites where I live and she adopted a golden Yorkie from a shelter and it looks exactly like a Yorkie with blond hair all over. That Yorkie you posted the link to does not look like a pure breed Yorkie but he/she is cute. |

| He's cute, but looks like a mix to me. It can happen with the golden color, and it is rare. So rare would be a correct statement ( I guess)... AKC standard no, show quality no, but rare. See what I'm saying? $5,000 is way to much to me for any dog unless like the other poster said the hair is 14k spun gold. ( smile) |

| Sigh.. I wish I could call this woman's bluff on him being a purebred yorkie and get her to lower the price.. I think this little guy is SO adorable.

$1200 DOLLARS??!! Why? For a mutt? ALL puppies are cute, but seriously, I am not paying for a mutt. And yes, it does look strangely similar to the infamous "Golden Yorkie".

| When you look at the pictures of julz pups you can see a big difference, they have the yorkie coat just different colour (i LOVE them!) but yes this pup seems to have a different coat, he's way cute tho, and to be honest there is now a big demand for mix breed pups so you certainly don't get one for nothing anymore. I noticed today on a breeders website that they arent breeding full maltese anymore because the morkies are so much more popular so she now only breeds her maltese females with a yorkie. but...... 5000 !!! nooooo way!
