Help problem, advice needed I have a problem that i need to nip in the bud, right now Everytime i change my bed sheets and put clean ones on, Mitzi wee's on the bed, she only does this when i put clean sheets on. (and she has only just started this) So I am guesssing that she is like marking her territory, but my question is, how do i stop this I never catch her in the act, so trying to discipline her like 30 minutes later is pointless as she wont know why she is being told off. I dont want to not let her in my bedroom, because my babies all sleep with me, and i feel that not letting her on my bed, is avoiding the problem not dealing with it. So please can anyone give me any advice on how to deal with this little madam, partner is getting really annoyed

It does seem like they do it on clean sheets, but the majority of the time if you do a urine test they have a urinary tract infection. Any other symptoms of a UTI?

Maybe she doesn't like the detergent. You could try switching detergents.

Here's the last thread I remember with this problem: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43263 and the followup confirming she had a really, really bad infection: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43285 They usually drink a lot of water, squat to pee more than once, urinate frequently, lethargic, etc., licking, sometimes blood in their urine.
