| How do you trim the hair around the nose? Hi, I feel like a fool for posting this question but oh well. Simba always has some hair that grows around the nose area sticking into his eyes and everytime I've tried to trim that area with a scissor I always manage to completely butcher him...Seriously! Even Simba would like at me like "Gee, mom, thanks..." Can't take him to the groomer every two weeks...Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| lol I'm having the same problem just that I haven't tried to trim them yet cause I don't want to make her look bad. Shes not ready for the groomer cause the rest of her hair is too short still I just need a quick fix. |

| What I Do... Right after I bathe them, when they are still wet, I have my hubby hold them and then I pull that little wet hair up by their eye so it sticks strait up and then I hold thier little face with one hand and clip that hair off with the other (scissors of course). They have little shavers too, but good luck with that. That method works really good for me.

| I actually bought an battery operated razor specially designed for trimmy small dogs. The blade is very small and it is much easier to trim than with scissors. I got it off ebay but i'm sure you can find one at walmart. I just hold them by their beard gently (this is the best way I think to ensure the dog holds their head still for you) and trim going away from the eyes. |
