Right after I bathe them, when they are still wet, I have my hubby hold them and then I pull that little wet hair up by their eye so it sticks strait up and then I hold thier little face with one hand and clip that hair off with the other (scissors of course). They have little shavers too, but good luck with that. That method works really good for me.
