| DO most breeders give thier puppies shots themselves? I just requested the vet history for the puppy i just got last week and she said that she gave the dogs thier shots so i have a list of what he has had but no official vet history. Is that normal? thanks |

| It is very normal for the breeder to give the shots but most will take the sticker off of the shot vile and put it on some kind of shot record. It is highly likly your puppy had her first set of shots but she needs them every three weeks(or as your vet recomends)till 4 months old.Hope this helps.

| My breeder uses a vet for her shots. I got all the records when I picked her up. But I have heard of breeders giving there own shots. But they should keep a record with it. |

| I take mine to the vet for their shots, and to be sure they are o.k, Like the one I kept has a soft spot in her skull if I didn't take them to the vet I would not have knew about. Hey it is getting smaller The vet didn't belive That I kept her. Now on there booster I give them I get them from the vet so it's in his records and mine.
