| Sudden aggression I have 3 female yorkies, ages 12 (Dylan), 4(Daisy) and 2 (Lucy, a teacup). The 4 year old (Daisy) is largest. They all get along beautifully, but yesterday Daisy 'attacked' the oldest one to get her cookie (I think). They fought briefly but no blood and we broke it up. Today, Daisy again went after Dylan, no cookie involved. I'm afraid this will be a pattern, now that it's started, and I'm worried about leaving them alone at home. Does this aggression continue once it has started? Help! |

| I really have no idea what might be going on with Daisy...but one thought did come to mind.....Is Daisy 'fixed"? If not, she may be coming into heat.....I know it sounds like I am trying to put this off to being a case of PMS....but I have seen a few female chihuahua's do the same thing.... Both are really sweet and easy going girls..(if you can believe that about any chihuahua)....but within 2 weeks of coming in heat both will get quite aggresive and 'bossy' with the dog that is usually 'top dog'...(by the way...'top dog' is male) Good luck. |
