| I'm thinking about Shaving Mickey and Minnie down. Me and Hubby has been talking about this for awhile. not a trim but a very very short puppy cut. When I cut Mickeys hair , shaved him he seemed so happy with it and now its growing out his eyes are watering up more and poor Minnie just seems not so happy with all her hair.and I know they will feel so much better with a short cut. Im trying to find a grooming place close to me but havent had any luck so far. There is the lady that took the first litter of kittens not to long ago and she is like 30-45 minutes from us,but I dont know. I know if I dont like it it will grow back But thats 2 years of hair growing that Minnie has . lol But I just want them to be happy and feel better. and Minnies hair on her face has to be washed and brushed or combed alot because it drags her food and water bowl. Why is it such a hard decision? I just cut my own hair off and didnt think twice about it. lol Do any of you have pictures of your Yorkies with a short cut an dhave the before and after pictures? If so Id love to see them. I saw a pictures of Darcey the little Yorkie the was for sale on here and I just love the way her hair looks. |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Short hair is soooo easy to take care of, and my guys seem to love it. No vision problems, hair in the mouth. You can sort of see Eddie's short cut in my avatar.

| I have been struggling with the same thing. I want to cut it and my hubby wants me to leave it alone. Please let us know what you decide and post pics if you do it. I have picked out the cut and everything I just can't do it. I know it will grow back but like you said two years is a long time. I have been debating about this for about six months now. I hope you make up your mind easier than me. LOL!
