Dont give up Linda, I know he is out there somewhere, I pray that he is safe and someone at least found him. Did he have any ID tags on? Is he microchipped?

Still no news on Blitzen but we are praying someone out there has him and he is safe. A reward was posted in the local newspapers yesterday. It just hasn't been a good year for us all the way around.

I just came across this thread. I'm soooo sorry that the little guy is missing! I hope today is the day that you find him!

Please remember in all this to take care of you and the others take care of themselves. I know it is easy to beat yourself up and neglect your needs during this stressful time but you each need to take care of yourself and each other.

I am praying someone sees the ad and has little Blitzen and he can come home to Emilee for many, many hugs!

I didn't read all 8 pages of this, just a few. Knock on everyones doors around those woods. Hand them a flyer, with pic, and your phone number on it.

I just lit a candle for Blitzens safe return.

My Adonis got lost one time. Where we were, I knocked on everyones doors in that neighborhood, in tears, cause that was the first time ever he'd been lost and he was 4 years old!

I also drove up and down the street, calling him.

Little while later, he suddenly reappeared. We really think someone had him in their home.

I've been sooo careful when were visiting other people now, It would have killed me to loose him. I was visiting relatives, and helping them clean out their home from flooding of Katrina. We'd taken a load of stuff to the road, and that was when I remembered him being with us last. But after knocking on all doors within a mile, and driving up and down the road calling him, he did come back. We all still swear someone had him in their home.

I do have a candle going for Blitzens safe return. When that one burns down, I'll light another one. I will keep the prayers, and candles going!

I read a post on this website on how to find your dog. It had a lot of very useful information.

Thanks so much for your prayers and candles. We did knock on doors, handed out flyers, and kept searching everywhere and calling him until we had no more voices. I made several searches in the same area, taking the same path in hopes of getting my scent good and thick so if he did pick it up, he would come back to where he was lost from. Our week got worse as Friday I had to rush one of the 7 week old pups to the vet, on meds and pedilite. He was doing very well, playing, acting normal but Monday night mama Sassy layed down and the pups started sucking. He was laying there so I picked him up to make sure he got some yummies but he was gone. I believe God took him in exchange for Blitzen's safety. We do hope someone has him in their home and is taking really good care of him. The thought of the alternative just doesn't work in my mind. Thank you all again for your continued moral support and prayers.

Linda I am praying for you & your family everyday....I am prayer also that God gives you a great and wonderful rest of the year, I know things have been tough this year but I am truly praying for things to change in your life...Don't give up yet on Blitzen, his out there someone will bring him home soon......Hugs & Kisses......:)

Thanks, I do believe he is out there and will come home soon. I know his mama Reggie is watching over him and keeping him safe for Emilee.

I think of you so much and of little Blitzen. My heart just aches for you and yours and I hope and pray someone took him in and will see the ad in the paper and give you a call. We've had so many happy endings of lost dogs on YT and I so hope yours will be also! *HUG*
