| VERY weird................ Good Morning everyone !! I just had to share this weird story. This morning I got up as usual when hubby left for work, checked in here (just reading) and when I went to lay back down I noticed something by hubby's pillow. It was a small clump of hair.....ok that means nothing to some but Dexter left us to be an angel 7 weeks ago yesterday and before he left us he was having hair/skin problems and would loose a small amount of hair from his back occasionally. As a matter of fact we were upset we didn't have the vet cut a small piece of his hair to put in a ball for the Christmas tree. I even looked under the bed etc after his death but found nothing. Everyday when my h would leave for work in the morning Dexter would always take his place on my h's pillow. It has been 7 weeks - the sheets, pillow cases, etc have been washed numerous times in that time frame. But today I find this. It can't be anyone else's hair.....my h is bald, our son and I have lighter hair and Tye (our other yorkie doesn't have that color either). It is too weird - just had to share.

| Wow, that is weird. I too have had very strange things happen to me after people that I loved had passed. Im sure that your beautiful angel Dexter was leaving you a clump of hair because he new that you wanted it. I truely belive this, and think that you should keep your heart and mind open to maybe some other little hints that he is leaving you to tell you that he is still with you. God Bless and I am very sorry about you losing your baby.

| What a great experience. Cherish it, because I truly believe if we are more open and aware, we are given lots of signs. I know my father sends butterflies around me. They not only come near, but land on me all the time.

| I really believe that he left this for you. I have had a lot of loss this summer. I lost my father in law in June and then my beloved darling dog, Yogi in July. Weird things have been happening around here and I know its them dropping by. One night I was sitting here on the computer and when Yogi was alive he used to sit in the chair right next to me, he would let out these deep loud breaths sometimes. Well anyway, I was sitting here and all of a sudden, I heard it! I couldnt believe it! But I knew right away it was him sitting with me like he always did. Also, we had him creamated and he is sitting on my table in his little box. Well every once in a while, at least once or twice a week, the keys ( which I keep on the top) fall off. I know its him letting me know he is still with me. |

| Glamgrl -- I am so sorry for your losses. ((((hugs)))) I too have "heard" Dexter at times - he snored, he tooted, he would sigh and I have heard him once or twice. He also slept in our bed by my knees and would weigh the covers down and I would have a VERY hard time moving - I have felt the weight on the covers and had time moving....so you must be right YorkieUSA he is coming to spend the night with us. Thanks everyone for your replies.....I too believe that Dexter "left" that for us. I will save it and put it in a personally decorated Christmas ball for our tree and when the tree is not up in season I will put it on our tv stand for everyone to see all the time. Thanks again for the replies - it was a very weird but wonderful find,

| ((((Missy)))) how cool, Kloey put it in a special place for you. I do believe that we get "signs" from angel loved ones or even angels we don't know. Sept 2004 Blake (my then 10 year old) and I had a bad wreck but thankfully neither of us were hurt. We had about 4000.00 worth of work done on the van (the girl at fault paid for that) and about a week after getting the van back in perfect shape...............a wreck happened right in front of us. We were stopped at a light and people going from the other directions hit each other, sending one spinning and coming right toward us. All I could say was PLEASE don't hit us, PLEASE don't hit us. Well, she was coming fast, spinning toward us and I knew she was going to hit us, there was no way she would stop. Well, she stopped.............there was not even a 1/4" between her bumper and mine. There is a squished angel somewhere that kept her from hitting us. Also, I was not all the way up to the baulk line (I usually am) but for "some reason" I stopped while talking to Blake further back --- IF I had been at the baulk line she would have hit me in my door and probably hurt me or killed me (she was spinning very fast). There are alot of signs if we just think about it. So many go unnoticed because we don't think about them. Anyway, after that long story - I was just trying to show why and how much I do believe in angels. God uses those to take care of us too. They are friends with wings. Thanks for all the kindness here -- it has been a wonderful place to visit, expecially after loosing Dexter so suddenly. I wish I had found it before but I am blessed that I found it after. Enjoy your day,
