After reading about all the terrible things the wildlife can do to our babies on YT. I'm really happy that I leave in NZ where it seems to be a much safer place for my fur babies. Olivia - How's Bella? Did you get that Vet appointment? (PS in Wellington the average summer temp is 68 farenheit and it never gets cold enough to snow in the winter.)

| You can feel my Puppies ribs quite easily, esp at the end of his rib cage at his rear, and I was concerned. I asked my Vet about it a week or so ago when we were going for a check up of a small chest infection he had and I asked about his weight at the same time and he said that Jake felt perfectly fine for a small dog. I'd certainly ask about it the next time you go to the Vet, but unless she is showing any other symptoms (tired all the time, dry nose all the time, runny stools etc) and eating well then I personally wouldn't be concerned. The next time you go to the vets ask about it just to put your mind at rest. |
