Do you have any nice jewelry or just "stuff"?? Try taking some stuff to the pawn shop. When hubby and I wanted a 2nd yorkie, that is what we did. We sold his guitar and I sold one of my pearl necklaces. It was SOOO worth it to get my little Hootie girl!

Yeah, I thought the same thing.. but another member on here told me how she did it and she's now helping me. I've gotten two responses total.. one said yes, the other said she sold the girl I wanted already but would have traded otherwise though! Cool huh!

i had a piano that i could've sold but i gave it to my nephew. im going to call him up and see if he still has it! i'm sure he doesn't use it anymore.

That is a GREAT idea!!!!!!!!!! You can get A LOT of money for a piano! If it is too big to sell at a pawn shop, then list it in the newspaper.
