| to register or not to register... and if i can even find the papers still! does everyone register thier fur-kids if they are able to? i got papers on snickers to register her with when i 1st got her (altho i fully admit at the moment i dont know where they are).... do i need those? and does everyone register thiers? what are the pros/cons of doing it or not doing it? i am not breeding this is a definate... altho i was told she would be standard i wasnt sure so that was another reason i didnt register right away... but now she is 9m between 6-7lbs and gold and silvery blue so i suppose she is any thoughts.... and how i should go about it if i do? thanks! |

| If you don't plan to breed, just use them for piddle pads! That was the advice of one vet I talked to.

| I didn't register Maddie because I was not planning to breed her and just wanted her as my little companion. I guess I figured what's the sense of paying money to register them when all that would happen is the papers would sit in the file box and be of no value to me or Maddie. Maybe there's more too it, but I don't know what. LOL

| thats one of the reasons that i didnt jump to register is i always knew i wouldt breed... i would have no idea what i would be doing as far as breeding and that wouldnt be fair to my lil ones... (lol atho my kids are crushed for some reason because she is a girl puppy they automatticly assumed she would have puppies and be a mommy lol) and then there was the standard issue.... which she does appear to be not that it was really a big deal to me i was just curious if alot of people still did if they werent going to breed and why and what were the benefits like i said i dont even know where my ppwrk is anyway lol altho i assume its floating around in my house somewhere... if it wasnt accidentally used as a peepad already!!! lol |
