| This was disscussed on another thread and the color refers to the coat and nothing to do with being purebred or not. Gucci's eyes come out kind of yellowish orangy and her coat is more cottony than silky. Im planning to keep her on the puppy cut. |

| How expensive is it to constantly keep a yorkie in a puppy cut? What criteria should be used when choosing a groomer and vet?

| I don't buy it, I just looked at abunch (about70) of pics of Lexi and in some pics her eyes have a bit of blue some, green, some amber, and most dark brown/black. In all the good pics they are the brown/black. I also looked at a few pups on different websites and the good pics are brown/black the others veried. Lexi has never had a knot let alone a mat so my guess is she will be silky same as my first Yorkie...

| Ambers eyes always turn green in her pictures. I hate it! I wish I could get some with her natural eyes. Her hair is silky to. |

I think is around $30, but i think it depends of where you are located. I haven't take Gucci to the groomers yet, so Im not really sure. I had cut Gucci's hair so far. What criteria should be used when choosing a groomer and vet? I think a good criteria is to choose a vet and groomer that know how to take care of small breeds like Yorkies. Also should pick someone you feel confortable with. | |
