| ![]() Well we went to the Hospital today and I apparently Diezels condition this week was due to constipation and gas. It had nothing to do with his liver. However, He does have a shunt. But... he informed me that it is a very mild one. In fact to mild to be clinically treated. He said his Bial Acid test was on the high side but nothing to be concerned with in comparison to his other ones. Said there is nothing to be concerned with now or in the future. As soon as it becomes available he is going to email me a copy of his results and I will post them just for some opinions. And to make me feel a little better about it ![]() And on a lighter note... I have my puppy back... he is full of energy and playing and kissing and all that good stuff. He is not on my lap as much tho more next to me which is fine. I know he still loves me so... hehe thanks one more time.. I can't say it enough! |

![]() But hearing he's doing so well now is great. I'm so glad it wasn't anything serious....and with mild LS ...he should be able to live a nice long normal life with proper care. | |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() That is great news! Cali also has a very mild shunt that they felt did not cause all of her health issues eartly on. I keep Cali on a lower protein diet just to be safe, even though the surgeon said her shunt was so mild. I will be interested to see her Bile ACid results. Cali's were 91/0 and 32/0 on retest.

| ![]() I'm sorry you are dealing with this problem but so glad that it's not really bad. I hope things continue well for him. My prayers are with you.
