| Authorizing another massacre in China. Plz help petition Dear animal loving Friends, I thought you might be interested in thie Humane Society International campaign to save dogs in China. The recent killing of more than 50,000 dogs in southwestern China has prompted worldwide outrage and underscores the need for animal protection laws in China. There are currently no laws on the books in China that would protect companion animals. Please contact the Chinese Ambassador to the U.S. on this issue now! https://community.hsus.org/campaign/...=Wpap-S71czEjW

| I know that you are trying to help, but do you really think the Chinese governtment is going to let us tell them what to do? |

| Nobody knows if anything would work but it doesn't hurt to try. I myself am Chinese but am not from that part of China. Whether it works or not, at least we can say we tried. I think they need to be educated not judged. They are living in a completely different world and the way their gov't view dogs are not the way we do and its not their fault. Its up to people like us, dog lovers to teach them. You don't have to send the letter but I started this thread because I am sure there are people here that would.
