Nobody knows if anything would work but it doesn't hurt to try. I myself am Chinese but am not from that part of China. Whether it works or not, at least we can say we tried. I think they need to be educated not judged. They are living in a completely different world and the way their gov't view dogs are not the way we do and its not their fault. Its up to people like us, dog lovers to teach them.
