| jealousy Do you all have dogs who are exrememely jealous of each other? ALL THE TIME???? My two can't stand to see the other one with a toy, can't stand to see the other one being pet or played with or taken outside or fed or anything! They are so darn funny. If one is being pet, the other will sneak in like we can't see her or something to try and take the place of the other one. If they have the identical toy or each have a bully stick, it isn't good enough, they need the other one, too. Last night Tinka had her bully stick and kept trying to get Kaya's and I kept getting Kaya's back for her. Then I looked at Tinka a few minutes later and she had both "chewies" - one hanging out each side of her mouth. It looked like she was smoking two cigars or something. Such a little brat! Anyhow, just wondering if anyone else has this kind of "fun" with their pups! omega |

| I only have Lola, but my parents are watching my brother cat while he is in Italy w/ his wife. My parents already have a Beagle, and everytime my mom or dad pets my brother's cat, Bogart comes up to them and start HOWLING. I mean, like someone has just hurt him terribly. As soon as my mom or dad stops petting Ciciro <My brothers cat> the howling stops.....he is such a possum. faking all the time to get what he wants.....I guess he is just a little upset that Ciciro has invaded HIS house..... |

| Yes Mine only want what the other has or is doing! I wonder what it would be like if we had three? Mostly my older boy Remmy is the love bug and loves to cuddle. Chance is on the go boy. He has no time for that.

| I'm glad it isn't just mine! If one of them has a toy the other will go after it. And those Flossies, watch out... Even though they are EXACTLY the same, they will still try to get the one the other one has. It is a silly game. |

| yep, Kizzy and Kacee are the same way. But Kizzy does bring toys to Kacee then after Kacee starts playing with it, Kizzy then tries to take it away. But she mainly just wants Kacee to grab one end so they can tug and pull. But last night I laughed so much at them, especially Kacee. She is so much smaller yet she gives Kizzy a run for the money. And she can hang on to the end she has for a long time and even takes it away from Kizzy sometimes. She is sneaky tho. She will lay down and just look at kizzy with it then she will get into a crawl position and crawl a few steps ( whatever you call it) then jump up real fast and grab it or try. they are so funny to watch but sometimes they get on my nerves about eating. Whichever bowl Kizzy tries to eat from, Kacee has to run poke her head right in under hers then kizzy changes bowls and she does the same thing. So Kacee is worse I think about wanting what kizzy has.

| Yes, mine are 6 months apart and it's exactly like everyone described. I gave up giving them a chew toy of any kind. One will bury it in the sofa and the other one finds it and has two. It's too funny, even at night if I put Lacey on the bed first and I'm not on it, she growls at Chloe, like it's her fault she was put to bed first. |

| Meg is only jealous of our cat Isabella. She doesnt like us to pay any attention to her at all. She will get in between us and rear up on her hind legs and bat the cat. Then just plop on my lap like she is guarding me. I think she is telling her this is my mommy, you cant have her lol! Its so funny |

| How funny. Just as I was reading the responses to this thread this morning, Kaya had a bully stick and was munching away. Well, Tinka wanted it. So she came over to me and jumped up to be pet and she was cuddling so nicely - I told her I wish she would cuddle like that more often. Then Kaya got jealous and came running over. As soon as she left her bully stick, Tinka jumped off my lap, ran over and stole it! I laughed so hard. She was just using me to get the dang bully stick! Gee, don't I feel loved.... omega |
