Thanks for reminding us ... some of the dangers are things we would never think of. Here's another one .... we always leave Toto safe in her x-pen if we have to leave her for a little while. We came home one day & while I was fumbling with the latch, she was sooooo excited and jumping around trying to give us welcome back kisses. She started suddenly screaming and was hanging on the side of the pen by her topknot!!! I was mortified! Any of you who doesn't know what that latch thing looks like ... here it is after Patrick removed it!

Thanks all for the tips. We just don't or can't think of everything and it's wonderful everyone keeps us on our toes!!!
