| I don't know any advice for that, but your poor baby!!! I hope he gets better. It sounds like constipation..if prune juice is OK for dogs, give him some of that, or laxatives of those are OK. |

| I don't know what is good to make them go, but I would call your Vet or the emergency vet and ask them asap.

| Have you checked his butt to makire sure there is no poop stuck to it. If the hair is not trimmed they can get poop stuck in it and then are not able to go. |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | oh poor baby ....you can try Canned pumpkin or Olive oil mixed in with dry food - see if you can get him to eat a little.....hand feed him if you have to. Someone also has mentioned Apple Sause helps....and to further confuse you - someone also has posted that Nutrical (Nutristat) helps them to go. when that happened with mine when they were little -a warm bath really helps - if you have a little nozzle maybe squirt some warm water on it gently & put some vasaline there in the meantime to take away some of the burning - he is probably really sore. I'd def try to get in to see your vet if this goes on longer - he can give you something to soften it up some - That's really hard to hear Poor little guy - I hope he feels better soon !! |

| If you try the olive oil and don't want him to eat anymore food till he goes, you can use a syringe to give it to him. Good luck - please let us know how it goes.

| Thanks Everyone. Nori Pooped!!!! When I Got Done Posting He Was Finished. Thank God! Do You Guys Know If The Cottage Cheese Constipates Them? Because So Far Now That Is All He Wants To Eat Is When I Mix It With His Food. Or Maybe He Just Isn't Used To It. But Thanks For Ll The Comment I Will Definitely Remember The Olive Oil. |
