I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Awwwww!!! That poor little darling! =( AWWW!!!! That poor little baby. I don't really have any advice other than just giving it some time...but then again you said that this has been going on for a while already Stedman did this for about a week (possibly even longer) straight after we first got him, in his play pen...but then as time passed he got used to it. He was able to see me and hubby in the bed because I had the play pen right next to our bed, and whenever he started to cry...I would look over at him and say "It's ok...mommy's RIGHT HERE....nite nite Stedman." and eventually, he got better about being in there and stopped crying. Now, however, we use an xpen versus the play pen as he started crawling out of the play pen as he got older. He is totally used to the xpen now though, and only cries when we put him in there DURING THE DAY, when he knows we are leaving and he can't go with us, lol. And that is not him being scared or sad, it is just him being pure PO'd that he can't "go for a car ride" lol. Mamma has spoiled him though, and he now sleeps with us in the bed at night LOL. Basically just because I like having him in there with us!! Good luck and I hope your baby stops the crying That poor little darling!!! He is ADORABLE by the way! P.S.- Wherever you decide to put him at night, try putting one of YOUR shirts or a pair of your socks in there with him. Having something of yours near by him with your scent on it will help comfort him

| Oh boyyy! I'm going through the exact same thing. I think it's just the separation anxiety though because she barks whenever she can't see us. (Unless she's really exhausted.) I've tried tiring her out to see if she'll sleep longer because she's fine sleeping in it, but it doesn't work. Let me know if you figure out anything... I keep hoping she'll just get used to it!
