| What are the signs of a pregnant yorkie? I plan on breeding my pixie in a few days but this is my first time and I have a lot of questions... first of all, how long until I know whether or not she is pregnant? What are the signs? If she is pregnant, how long until she goes into labor? Any help is apreciated..... I hope to breed her again and again but this first time I'm almost clueless lol

There is a breeders section to post your questions. However, you should have done your research long ago. You say you are planning on breeding her in a few days???????????????????? First you do the research and then you decide whether or not it is the right thing for your puppy.

| She's already been once before and it was my boyfriend who experienced everything... It is true about the research... I just thought it'd be nice to actually talk to yorkie owners/breeders rather than just find info on the computer (which I have been doing)...... I've been through a lot this year with two grandparents passing away and it seems one of the only things that makes me happy is my Pixie .... for that reason I want to breed her... not that you should care.... but thanks anyways

| I think its great you want to breed Pixie, I am sorry I don't breed so I can't really help you, but I am sure someone will read the post that does and will give you advice besides doing research....

| When you can honestly say that you are not "clueless" I would wait to breed. You need to know has much as possible before breeding your female. Even experienced breeders learn something everytime. You're just not bringing cute little puppies into the world. They are precious little lives that deserve the best chance at survival and it doesn't stop there.

| This is a 4 year old thread you may want to post a new thread in the breeders section. If she was mated yes she could be pregnant those are typical signs although it is probably too early to tell just by looking.
