| Any other early risers?? My Zoe is absolutely the sweetest thing, however she has one frustrating habit. She's an early riser. On work day's that is fine, she gets me up every morning at 6 a.m. She also does this on Saturdays, holidays, every day!! I'm just not allowed to sleep in at all. I tell her to let mommy sleep a little, and she'll settle down for about 10 minutes and start licking my face. If I hide under the covers, she barks at me. I've tried getting up and taking her out and feeding her, and going back to bed, she finishes eating and barks at me. Put her in her X-pen and she barks and wakes everyone else in the house up. If I get up, she's fine. Can't lay on the couch, she wants on the couch, to play. If I try to ignore her, she barks at me. Our other dogs don't mind if we sleep in a little, just Zoe . What a pill!!!! Any other early risers out there?? |

| Georgie wakes up at 7am goes potty outside and then is back to sleep until 10 or so. But I will tell you if he gets up early and stays up he will either lick my face until I can't take it anymore and wake up or he barks and brings me a toy!

| I don't know about ya'll, but I'm tired. If I see a late movie, or stay up with family for friends, the next day we're up at 6, not matter what, and I'm not a very good napper. Oh, well, for the love of a Yorkie, I guess it's worth it. |

No matter what time she goes to bed she still wakes up at that time! I wish there was a way of getting just one more hour of sleep!!!

| I have found that if we give Snickers and Baxter a good long walk the day before, they are usually very tired the next day. They may wake up at 7ish to go potty, but after a quick snack (milk bone), they will go back to sleep with us until WE are ready to get up. Sometimes we have to force them out of bed by 11AM. The exercise really works (as per Dog Whisperer).

| My dogs get up around 8:00 --- I think they have to go to the bathroom - and they're hungry. I let them out for a few minutes, feed them, and then they go back to sleep. Carol Jean |

| Baby is almost 3 years old and I didn't realize how good I had it. She can sleep in after 11 am. Then she goes out to potty . The puppy will sleep through the nite and rise at 7 to potty . Back to bed and up again at 10 or 11 to potty and eat then potty again. I am trying to get used to this routine. Its been a while. I hope eventually this pup will take on Babys routine |

| Early Riser Lola wakes up between 5 - 5:30, then after her potty break is hyper and doesn't want to go back to bed so I end up sleeping on the couch with her in the living room so she doesn't wake up my husband. She's taking a nap right now in the afternoon, I should go wake her up so she'll sleep through the darn night |

| tucker sleeps in his crate at night. i'm a teacher, so we were getting up at 6 on weekdays and 7:30 on the weekends. but now that it's summer, we're sleeping a little later. no matter what time i get up, it seems that tucker is always awake waiting for me to let him out the other morning i slept until 10!!! i was afraid his little bladder was going to bust but he was fine. if he really needs to get out, he starts with a growling sound and then slowly builds to barking. i guess i've got it good! |
