| 1st new thread in a long time....but my Yorkies are soooo odd.... Hubby and I were so proud to have built them a safe fenced in area (inside our fenced in back yard lol). Hubby welded the frame together himself. Anyway.....the Yorkies....all 4 of them....will not carry on as usual in the fenced in area. They won't drink, won't play, won't investigate....Maverick won't even fool around with "Humpy Duck" (who earned his name accordingly ). I wash their dish, give them fresh water...and NOTHING. They come in and drink like I tried to dehydrate them just for fun. Anyone else have this same occurrence? Just wondering...... |

| Oh Yorkies can be funny sometimes. Gucci doesnt want to drink or eat when we go out. I was surprise when on the 4th of July BBQ she did ate and drank some. SO i guess they need to get use to it. Good luck. By the way welcome back. We all miss Mercedes, Maverick and all the pups. |

| I have a fenced in long run (about 90' x 4') decked... also within my fenced yard and mine LOVE it. They race up and down and roll balls down the deck and then collapse in sleeping mounds around the base of the tree. Give 'em some time maybe?

| I think Stacy is right, Julz! Hey, honey girl! Nice to see you, my friend! Congrats on the fence! Hard work, I bet. And do those silly pups appreciate all you have done for them?? NNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!! They look around and it looks STRANGE and not like their own yard at all. And they worry and they fret and they can't concentrate on business because there is something out there that's just not right!! Will they get used to it ? Of course they will! When?? When they are darn well ready of course!! xoxoxox
